-September 17- 6-9 pm. Constitution Day Tactical Parade (Car Rally), Starts in Washington Veteran's Park and ends in Santa Clara and Canyon View Park. Lineup begins at 6 pm, parade begins at 6:30 pm. After party and guest speakers begin at 7:30 to 9 pm at Canyon View Park in Santa Clara.
